50 hour Yin and Yoga Nidra TTC is very unique All the essentials of Yin and Yoga Nidra are covered. This combination is very powerful to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and to release deep rooted trauma and emotional blocks.
We give you all the tools, resources and thorough knowledge to learn, practice and to teach. You will experience the benefits of the practices in your body and mind. If you are looking to delve deeper into these practices, this course is for you.
Yin Yoga is an integrative practice that combines observation, sensation and stillness. Positions are held for 3-5 minutes in a passive way. The weight of the body and the force of gravity do all the work. With each exhale there is the potential to do less, to let go, to relax into the shape.
In these suspended moments, the student has an opportunity to listen to their body. Sensation is the language of the body and with practiced attention the student has the potential to tune-in to what the body really needs. When we attend to sensation with no agenda or expectations, we can re-establish healthy movement patterns, release negativity and awaken to the peaceful truth that underlies all reality.

This course is appropriate for: Yoga teachers, social workers, physiotherapists, chiropractors, psychotherapists, life coaches, personal trainers, psychologists, massage therapists, reiki practitioners, Rolfers, and Structural Integration Therapists. This is course is also good for students who want to deepen their understanding of how yoga works and how to develop a personal practice that is prescriptive to their ever changing, day to day needs.
Objectives: Develop a strong foundation in the psychology of yoga and deepen your understanding of the psycho-somatic relationship / Learn three concise and easy to follow body maps — from which you will be able to build thoughtful, therapeutic and interesting classes / Chakra Theory (psychology of Indian Yoga) / Meridian Theory (psychology of Traditional Chinese Medicine) / Myofascial Trains (the hardware (myofascia – fascia and muscles) that carry energy and the mental and emotional vibrations through our physical make-up)

DATES
The course will run from 11th – 16th September 2026.
9:30am till 5:30pm daily with an hour’s lunch and small breaks. Full attendance is required to pass this course.
